Hint hint, the pain you're feeling there did NOT start there. It came from other external factors such as your emotional and physical environment that you were exposed to or put yourself in. In this seven week course you will learn how to remedy your mid- back pain through easy to understand myofascial release techniques, functional movements, strengthening and mobility exercises. Each video (one a week or go at your own pace) contains only three exercises and sometimes four that are from ten minutes up to thirty minutes long. You watch it once and have the pictures of each exercise in case you forget when practicing them for the rest of that week/s.
