The Hips
Become Hip to your Hips
\In this fifteen week course you WILL discover where your pain originated from and how to become hip to your hips. Not Tragically Hip. Sorry, you Canadians out there. Anne Murray and Bryan Adams need more love. BUTT, seriously folks, find out the True Sources of that pain (hint, hint, nudge, nudge, it's from below and above your hips and the position of your pelvis) and how to remedy it through easy to understand myofascial release techniques, functional movements, strengthening and mobility exercises. Each video (one a week or go at your own pace) contains only three exercises and sometimes four that are from ten minutes up to thirty minutes long. You watch it once and have the pictures of each exercise in case you forget when practicing them for the rest of that week/s. Think of these short exercises as dressing to your (hopefully) already existing work out routine of a salad....... Check out one of the weeks below to see if you're HIP to it........

“What does one say when they want to say something positive about an individual and give hope for those who suffer chronic pain. I am Mark Peterson, a seventy-five-year-old who has been athletic and vibrant all my life. For the past few years I’ve had total knee replacements (TKR) on both knees. As a result, my balance of posture and just a general imbalance in my total body mechanics after the surgeries started causing chronic back and neck pain. My chronic back pain became so intense and routine that I reached out to friends who recommended PT which I’d had plenty of, deep massage which was nice but it wasn’t solving any issues, and I became afraid of chiropractors after some bone jarring treatments with no tangible resolution. Rob Ogle was recommended through a friend and after cross referencing him through other friends I made the appointment. I was familiar with his treatment as I had experienced his technique in the 80’s while living in California. I knew what to expect but wasn’t prepared for the degree of expertise and professionalism I was about to receive. The results have been amazing. I Knew my body was out of whack but couldn’t pinpoint that my hips were askew, off of center until Rob diagnosed this and started his treatment. Then when I took his online course on the hips everything fit into place. The movements helped maintain the work I had done with him. I realized Rob is not only a healer but a teacher, I’ve learned so much about why my chronic pain has existed and now how to take his therapy and incorporate it into my daily life. What Rob has done for me is to un-stress the mechanics of how my body performs and functions. I can only say thank you Rob Ogle.”
