Course Introduction

The knee pain you're feeling now did NOT originate in the knees.  Find out the True Sources of that pain (hint,hint, nudge, nudge, it's from below and above your knees) and how to remedy it through easy to understand myofascial release techniques, functional movements, strengthening and mobility exercises. Each video (one a week or go at your own pace)  contains only three exercises and sometimes four that are from ten minutes up to thirty minutes long. You watch it once and have the pictures of each exercise in case you forget when practicing them for the rest of that week/s.  Think of these short exercises as dressing to your (hopefully) already existing work out routine of a salad.......   • Help you tap into the body awareness needed to find the true source of your pain.

  • Educate you on the parts of the knee, what connects to it while connecting it to the whole that is you.

  • Teach you how the strong muscles of the hip can exert forces upon the knee and how the biomechanics of the ankle and foot influence the knee

  • Teach you how to independently find the true source of your pain. Hint hint- it’s not where you feel the pain.

  • Educate you on how you can heal your knees through myofascial release techniques, stretching and strengthening through functional everyday movement patterns.

  • Help you maintain consistently strong, more balanced and highly mobile knees that in the future can adapt to the stressful environments that we expose ourselves to.
