People keep telling me to "strengthen" my core...
Get to the core of the issue by discovering what exactly IS the core, the extensiveness of it and how to TRULY strengthen all of it..
While most people think of the core as your abdominal region, it is more extensive. Join me in this nine week course to discover how extensive the core is, how it influences back pain, how to tap into it and in turn strengthen not only your abdominal region, but your holistic core and hence your whole body through easy to understand myofascial release techniques, functional movements, strengthening and mobility exercises. Each video (one a week or go at your own pace) contains only three exercises and sometimes four that are from ten minutes up to thirty minutes long. You watch it once and have the pictures of each exercise in case you forget when practicing them for the rest of that week/s. Think of these short exercises as dressing to your (hopefully) already existing work out routine of a salad....... Check out one of the weeks below to see if it resonates with you and how it can change your CORE beliefs.......

“Rob's core series is a refreshing change from the usual copy-and-paste planks and v-sits videos that exist on most body wellness channels. This series has an extensive range of movements that works everywhere between the tongue to the toes. If you have been looking to start strengthening but have been overwhelmed by the plethora of "The one move you've not been doing" videos on youtube that can more often than not end up being even more detrimental than beneficial, then I would recommend this set. Ideal for beginners who have never really exercised but also very good for those of us who are very active but have been missing out on some key areas that may be contributing to those recurring aches and pains. Also of note is that there is no posturing to be found anywhere but rather nice, easy-to-follow fundamental movements replace sculpted six pack models and tik-tok editing. As a cyclist myself, I have found that a lot of these movements exposed some weaknesses that I previously had overlooked. As a final note, Rob not only shows us the movements needed but gives us a little education too so that we can understand a little more about our bodies. ”
