Course Introduction

The neck and shoulder pain you're feeling now did NOT originate in the neck or shoulders.  Find out the True Sources of that pain (hint,hint, nudge, nudge, it's from down below your neck and shoulders) and how to remedy it through easy to understand myofascial release techniques, functional movements, strengthening and mobility exercises. Each video (one a week or go at your own pace)  contains only three exercises that are from ten minutes up to thirty minutes long. You watch it once and have the pictures of each exercise in case you forget when practicing them for the rest of that week/s.  Think of these short exercises as dressing to your (hopefully) already existing work out routine of a salad.......
